Scheduling, access and cancellations

You agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Client responsibilities

• Secure valuables, cash, jewelry and fragile or irreplaceable items before the visit.
• Tell us about pets, alarms, allergies, sensitive surfaces or special instructions in advance.
• Make sure utilities such as water and electricity are available for the service.
